I like it because it keeps you on your feet and always feeling slight paranoia. You will have to make sure the area is clear before taking the time to search bodies, crates, etc. You can get shot while searching dead bodies. Makes you think twice about run and gun style gameplay. Anything else (on your body) you lose and no way to get it back. When you die, you lose everything on you except whats in the gamma container and what you have in your stash.
